Invoice

The Invoice section provides a complete overview of all customer invoices. You can track paid, pending, partial, and archived invoices in real time. The dashboard helps you monitor total revenue, outstanding balances, and payment mode summaries while giving you quick access to invoice actions like viewing PDFs, adding comments, and resending invoices.

Total Paid Amount : Displays the total amount successfully received from customers.
Total Due Amount : Shows the outstanding invoice amount yet to be paid.
Completed Invoices (Past 30 days) : Number of invoices fully paid in the last 30 days.
Pending Invoices : Count of invoices awaiting payment.
Completed Invoices (Overall) : Number of all invoices that have been fully paid.
Partial Invoices : Invoices with partial payments.
All Invoices : Displays complete list of invoices.
Search by Name : Search invoices using customer names.
Filter Invoice : Filter them by All, Paid, or Pending.
Comments : Add or view comments for a selected invoice.
History : View complete invoice activity history.
Manage Invoice : Options include viewing the PDF, resending invoice and adding a comment.
Pagination : Browse invoices using page controls or change rows per page.

Search by Customer Name: Quickly locate invoices using the search bar above the table.
Date Range Filter: Filter invoices by selecting a From–To date using the calendar picker.
Status Filter: View invoices by All, Paid, PartialPaid, or Awaiting status.
Sortable Columns: View invoice details such as Customer Name, Invoice ID, Created On, Total Amount, Paid Amount, and Due Amount.
Payment Status Highlight: Status is color-coded for quick identification (Awaiting, PartialPaid, FullPaid).
Pagination Control: Navigate pages using numbered buttons and the next/previous arrows.
Rows Per Page Selector: Choose how many invoice rows to display (5, 10, 15, 20).
Go to Page: Directly jump to any invoice page using the page input box at the bottom right.

Actions

Payments: View and manage payment history for the selected invoice.
View PDF: Opens a downloadable PDF version of the invoice.
History: Shows the activity log for the selected invoice.
Resend Invoice: Sends the invoice again to the customer through the configured channel.
Comments: View or add comments related to the invoice for internal tracking.

Archived Invoices

Archived invoices are stored separately to keep your main invoice list organized. You can view, search, and manage archived invoices as needed.

To access archived invoices, click the Archived Invoices tab on the main invoice dashboard.

Use the search bar to find specific archived invoices by customer name or invoice number.

You can filter archived invoices by date range to quickly locate specific records.

Invoice Details

Click on any invoice in the list to view its details, including payment history, comments, and the option to view the PDF or resend the invoice.

The invoice details page provides a comprehensive view of all information related to that invoice, allowing you to manage it effectively.

Pagination Controls

Navigate through invoice records efficiently:

Use the Rows per page dropdown to adjust how many invoices are shown at once.
Default shows 10 rows per page (options include 5, 10, 15, 20).
Use the Prev and Next buttons to move between pages.
