Assets Management

The Asset Management System offers a comprehensive solution for tracking and organizing company assets, including documents, equipment, vehicles, and more. It enables users to: Categorize assets by type or function Monitor asset status (e.g., active, under maintenance, damaged) Record key details such as purchase cost, depreciation rate, and quantity This platform streamlines asset oversight, improves accountability, and supports informed decision-making across the organization.

Asset Categories

  • You can view the Asset Categories here
  • The Total Categories card displays the count of all asset categories in the system.
  • Click the "Delete icon" icon to view the asset categories which are deleted.
  • Create new asset category by clicking " + Create "
  • You can search an asset category by name in search bar
  • You can download all the table data by clicking the download button in excel or pdf format of your choice.
  • The "Delete icon" icon refers to edit the category you can Edit the category
  • The "Delete icon" icon refers to delete the category you can Delete icon refers to delete the category you can Delete the category, leave a reason for deletion in comment.
  • You can control how many records are to be displayed in the table by selecting "Rows Per Page". Use the Previous
    and Next buttons to navigate between pages.

Create Asset Categories

  • You can create the Asset Categories here
  • Enter the Category Name should be entered
  • Enter the Category Descriptionshould be entered
  • Select the Type of the Category. The types include
    • Furniture
    • Vehicle
    • Equipment
    • Document
    • Tools
  • Click the checkbox to indicate whether the item should be deleted.

Edit Asset Categories

  • You can edit the Asset Categories here
  • Re-enter the Category Name should be re-entered
  • Re-enter the Category Descriptionshould be re-entered
  • Re-Select the Type of the Category. The types include
    • Furniture
    • Vehicle
    • Equipment
    • Document
    • Tools
  • You can check or uncheck the checkbox as needed.

Deleted Asset Categories

  • You can view the Deleted Asset Categories here
  • Use the search bar to find an asset category by name.
  • Click the download button to export the table data in your preferred format—Excel or PDF.
  • You can restore a deleted asset category by clicking the recycle button.

Assets

  • Total Assets Includes all registered assets.
  • Active Assets Items that are actively being utilized.
  • Under Maintenance Items undergoing repair or maintenance
  • Damaged Unusable assets.
  • Buy Assets scheduled for purchase or replacement
  • Find Assets Search for assets by name or keyword.
  • By clicking the download button, you can download the table in Excel or PDF format.

  • Create an Asset

    Create or update an Asset details such as:

    • Asset Name – Enter the name of the asset
    • Category – Select the appropriate asset category
    • Select Purchase Date*
    • Purchase Date* – Choose the date the asset was purchased
    • Purchase Cost* – Enter the original purchase cost
    • Asset Type – Select whether the asset is Owned or Rental
    • Depreciation Rate – Enter the applicable depreciation rate
    • Current Value – Specify the asset’s current value
    • Lease Type – Choose from One-Time, Per Day, or Per Hour
    • Leasing Fee – Enter the leasing fee amount
    • Coverage Unit – Select the unit of coverage
    • Coverage (sqft/hour) – Enter the coverage in square feet or hours
    • Hourly Rate – Specify the hourly usage rate
    • Images – Upload relevant images of the asset
    • Description – Provide a brief description of the asset
    • Quantity – Enter the total quantity of this asset

  • Create a Document

    To create or update document details, provide the following information:

    • Asset Name* – Enter the name of the associated asset
    • Category Doc* – Select the document category
    • Issued Date* – Select the date the document was issued
    • Expiration Date* – Select the expiration date of the document
    • Images* – Upload relevant images of the document
    • Description* – Enter a description of the document

    Assets Usage

    The Asset Usage Section tracks your equipment's real-time status (Available, In Use, or Pending) and usage history. It helps optimize asset allocation, prevent scheduling conflicts, and plan maintenance by monitoring when and how equipment is being used across your operations.

    Navigate through partner records efficiently:

    • Use the rows per page dropdown (▼) to select display density
    • Default shows 10 rows per page (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20)
    • Use pagination controls when you have more vendors than fit on one page (e.g., Prev, Next)
