Customers

The Customers Section serves as your comprehensive CRM hub for storing and managing all client information in one centralized location. It enables you to track each customer's journey from initial lead to repeat buyer while maintaining up-to-date contact details and interaction history. The system provides valuable insights into customer acquisition trends and retention rates to help optimize your marketing and sales strategies.

  • Total Customers : Shows the total number of customers in your system
  • Return Customers : Repeat clients (indicates loyalty)
  • Customers This Week : New customers added recently
  • Leads : Potential customers not yet converted
  • All Customerss: Lists all your customerss
  • Search By Name or Phone number: Find customers by Customer Name or Phone number
  • Pagination: View more customerss using the "Rows per page" selector
  • Filter Customers: By All, New Customers, Return Customers and Leads.
  • Manage Customers: Use the action buttons edit , delete or view action history of each customer.
  • See All Deleted Customers You can see all deleted customers by clicking on the "Bin Icon" button.
  • The "Delete icon" icon refers to Action History if you hover on it the whole actions performed on that table record is shown.
  • The "Delete icon" icon refers to edit the floor you can Edit the customer details.
  • The "Delete icon" icon refers to delete the customer you can Delete the customer.
  • Using "Delete icon" icon you can view notes or comments on the customer.
  • Using "Delete icon" icon you can Add notes or comments to the customer.
  • Create a Customer

    Create an Customers details such as:

    • Enter customer details and click create customer button
      • First name *
      • Last name
      • Email Address *
      • Phone Number *
      • Property Details
      • Source
    • createCustomers
    • then click either Go to Customers Button or Go to Requests Button
    • createCustomers
    • If you click Go to Customers then you will redirected to Customers page or if you click Go to Requests then you will redirected to Requests page.
  • View Deleted Customers

      View Deleted Customers
    • Click on the "Bin Icon" button to view all deleted customers.
      • Click on the "Restore" button to restore a deleted customer.
