Interactive elements such as the sales graph and period comparisons (Month/Last Year) enable effective trend analysis. The "Top-Selling Products" and expense tracking features help correlate revenue streams with associated costs, supporting data-driven decisions for inventory management and budgeting.

Enquiry Follow-up

This section is designed to track customer enquiries, displaying the number of follow-ups needed. Currently showing "No follow-ups found," it serves as a placeholder for future customer engagement activities, ensuring that all enquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Stock Alert Section

This screen displays critical inventory alerts, highlighting products that are below their required stock levels. Items such as Unit Plant and Its Tree are marked in red for immediate attention, while others like Neem Tree and Rose Plants may require monitoring. The table organizes items by category—Plants, Seeds, and Stone & Aggregates—to support efficient restocking prioritization.

Expiring Documents Tracker

This section highlights time-sensitive documents nearing expiration, currently displaying one item with an expiry timeframe. The simple two-column layout (Name / Days Until Expiry) allows users to quickly identify administrative tasks that require renewal or follow-up action.

Customers, Requests & Quotations Overview

This dashboard section summarizes key business modules including Customers, Requests, Quotations, Expired Quotations, Invoices, Jobs, Recent Sales, and Orders. Since no data is currently available in the system, each table displays a clean “No records found” message. The layout ensures users immediately understand that these modules are active but awaiting incoming data.

Asset Maintenance Overview

This shows the asset maintenance tracking system, currently indicating no active maintenance records. The table structure is prepared to display asset details like location, maintenance type, costs, and upcoming schedules when data becomes available, serving as a placeholder for future facility management needs.

Recent Sales Activity

The Recent Sales module lists past POS transactions, including sale ID, customer name, payment amount, and status. Since no sales exist yet, the system shows “No sales found.” Once populated, this section provides a quick and clear summary of completed transactions.

Recent Orders Overview

This section is intended to display recent orders placed within the system. As there are currently no orders, a “No orders found” message is shown. When orders are added, this panel will provide a concise summary of recent purchasing activity.
