Jobs

The Jobs Section serves as your centralized platform for managing all customer service requests and work orders. It enables you to track each job's progress through key stages (All, New, In Progress and Completed) while facilitating team assignments and workload management. The system maintains a complete historical record of all customer interactions and job details for future reference and reporting.

  • Total Jobs : Total jobs in system
  • New Jobs : New jobs this week
  • In Progress : Jobs in progress
  • Auto : Jobs which are auto scheduled while invoice is paid.
  • This Month : Monthly jobs volume
  • Completed : Total completed jobs
  • Find Jobs: Use the search bar to quickly locate specific jobs by customer name or job title
  • Filter Jobs: By All, New, In Progress and Completed
  • Pagination: View more jobs using the "Rows per page" selector or prev and next buttons
  • Create a Job

    Create a Job details such as:

    • Select quotation from the drop down, then job title, products and equipments are retrived from the quotation

    • then enter lead and team members
    • createJobs
    • Schedule the Job date and time
    • then finally add comments if required

    • click Create Job to schedule a new Job

    Job details such as:

    • Jobs page contains cards data to represent number of jobs based on status.
    • You can search for a required job in search bar based on job title or customer name.
    • you can also sort jobs on the basis of the status or by date range filter.
    • You can download the jobs by clicking download button.
    • You can start or end the job by clicking on the status of each record here as an admin.
    • Action history used to track changes made to the job. Edit and Delete actions are also available.
    • You can add comments if you want for a job by clicking the icon.

    Job details such as:

    • View comprehensive job information including title, description, status, scheduled date, and time.
    • Access customer details such as name, contact information, and address.
    • Review the list of products and equipment associated with the job.
    • See assigned team members and their roles in the job.
    • Track the job's progress through its various stages.
    • View comments or notes related to the job.
    • Access the action history to see all changes made to the job.
