Assets

The Assets Section is your centralized hub for managing and tracking all company-owned resources. It allows you to efficiently organize assets by categories, monitor their status, and schedule regular maintenance tasks. With features like asset assignment, condition tracking, and depreciation management, this section ensures that your assets are optimally utilized and well-maintained, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and reducing downtime.

Assets Overview

  • You can view all the assets in the table, including unit name, type, dates, mode, and status.
  • You can search for a specific asset using the search bar at the top of the table.
  • You can filter data using Mode, Status, and Date filters for easier navigation.
  • You can create a new asset by clicking the "Create" button at the top right.
  • You can view total counts such as Total Assets, Total One-Time, and Total Recurring at the top.
  • By clicking on the download icon, you can download the complete table data.
  • You can also edit, view details, or delete any asset using the actions on the right side.

Create Asset

  • Click the green "+ Create" button to open the asset creation form.
  • Fill in the required fields such as Unit Name, Maintenance Type, Mode (One-Time/Recurring).
  • Set the Start Date and, if applicable, the End Date for the asset maintenance schedule.
  • Expected Expense should be entered to estimate maintenance costs and Enter Location details.
  • After entering all details, click the "Submit" button to add the new asset to the system.

View Asset Details

  • To view detailed information about an asset, click the existing customer on the table.
  • This will open a detailed view showing all relevant information about the selected asset, including maintenance history and status.

Deleted Asset Maintenance

  • To access deleted asset maintenance records, click the Trash icon tab on the main assets dashboard.
  • Use the search bar to find specific deleted assets by unit name or maintenance ID.
  • You can filter deleted assets by date range to quickly locate specific records.

Pagination Controls

Navigate through partner records efficiently:

  • Use the rows per page dropdown (▼) to select display density
  • Default shows 10 rows per page (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20)
  • Use pagination controls when you have more vendors than fit on one page (e.g., Prev, Next)
