A centralized system to track and manage all service requests from customers

• Overall : Total requests in system
• Today : New requests today
• This Week : Requests this week
• This Month : Monthly request volume
• All Requests: Lists all your requests
• Find Requests: Use the search bar to quickly locate specific requests
• Filter Requests: Use the date `0 to quickly locate specific requests using from and to dates
• Pagination: View more requests using the "Rows per page" selector
• Manage Requests: Use the action buttons to:
  • Edit request details
  • Delete a request
  • View Action History
  • Add or View Comments
  • Access Site Visit Details

Request Details

Delete a Request

if you want to delete a request, simply click on the delete icon in the action column.

A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion.

See All Delete Request

• To view all deleted requests, click on the "Bin Icon" button located at the top right corner of the Requests page.

• This will take you to a dedicated page where you can see a list of all requests that have been deleted.

From here, you can review the deleted requests and, if necessary, restore them or permanently remove them from the system.
