User Roles

Admin

The admin role holds the highest level of access within the application.
Can create new user accounts for roles including Managers, Partners, Field Staff, and Cashiers.
It has full permissions to update or delete any user within the application.
Has access to all modules, including Dashboard, POS, Customers, Requests, Quotes, Invoices, Jobs, Services, Products, Assets, Sales, Users, Partners, Purchases, Orders, and Maintenance.
When creating a user, Admins provide details such as username, email, profile, role, phone number, address, password, and active status.

Manager

The Manager role can create new user accounts for Managers, Partners, Field Staff, and Cashiers.
This role can view any user within the application.
It has access to all modules, including Dashboard, POS, Customers, Requests, Quotes, Invoices, Jobs, Services, Products, Assets, Sales, Users, Partners, Purchases, Orders, and Maintenance.
When creating a user, Manager provide details such as username, email, profile, role, phone number, address, password, and active status.

Partner

The Partner role can create new customer accounts, as well as submit requests, generate quotes, issue invoices, and create jobs.
This role can view all transactions related to their created jobs.
They have access to all modules, including Dashboard, Customers, Requests, Quotes, Invoices, Jobs, and Transactions.

Field Staff

The Field Staff role allows users to view their assigned jobs and filter them by status—New, In Progress, or Completed.
They can view and update their profile details, including changing their password.
The user has access to both the Home and Jobs modules. In the Home module, they can view newly available jobs, while the Jobs module allows them to see all jobs assigned to them.

Cashier

The Cashier can access and update their own profile information, including changing their password.
This role has access to the Dashboard and POS modules.
